Customised Items

As customised garments are made to order and produced to your specification, they cannot usually be returned simply because you changed your mind, selected the wrong size, or no longer require them.

We will, however, consider issues where an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or where the finished product does not match the design or approval provided.

Plain Garments

If you have ordered plain, non-customised garments, returns may be accepted provided the goods are unused, in their original condition, and reported to PrintOD within 14 days of delivery.

Returned plain items must be in a resaleable condition. PrintOD may refuse a return where goods have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what was approved, please contact PrintOD as soon as possible with your order reference, clear photographs, and a short explanation of the issue.

Where a production or fulfilment error is confirmed, PrintOD may offer a replacement, correction, or refund depending on the nature of the issue.

Sizing

Please check the sizing information carefully before placing an order. Different garment brands and product ranges may vary in fit, and there is no universal sizing standard across all manufacturers.

For customised products, returns based on sizing are not normally accepted unless the garment supplied does not match the measurements stated for that specific item.

Artwork and Print Quality

The final result will depend in part on the quality of the artwork or files you provide. If a low-resolution, poor-quality, or unsuitable file is supplied and approved for production, PrintOD cannot usually accept a return based solely on how that artwork appears once printed or embroidered.

If we identify a likely issue before production, PrintOD may contact you to request a better file or confirmation to proceed.

Cancellations

PrintOD aims to move orders into production quickly, so cancellation may not always be possible once an order has been placed.

If work has already started, PrintOD may need to deduct any costs already incurred, including artwork preparation, garment sourcing, restocking charges, or fulfilment costs.

How to Request a Return

To request a return or report a problem, please contact PrintOD with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs where relevant.

We will review the matter and confirm the next steps before any goods are returned.
